Pampa Huasi is a town in the Chuquisaca department in the South American Andean state of Bolivia .

location

Pampa Huasi is the largest town in the canton of Mariscal Braun in the municipality of Tarvita in the Azurduy province . The village is located at an altitude of 2955  m above the right, western bank of the Río Majuelo , which flows in a south-westerly direction and flows into the Río Pilcomayo .

Pampa Huasi is located in the southern part of the Cordillera Central mountain range in the transition area to the Bolivian lowlands. The region has a typical daytime climate in which the temperature fluctuations during the day are greater than the average temperature fluctuations over the year.

From Tarabuco a mountain road then leads south over the villages of Icla , Chahuarani and Jatun Mayu .
