Pandelela Rinong anak Pamg (born March 2, 1993 ) is a Malaysian water diver . She is a member of the East Malaysian ethnic group, the Bidayuh . Rinong starts in the 10 m high diving and together with Mun Yee Leong in the 10 m synchronized diving.

Rinong took part in the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing in part. In diving she was eliminated as 27th in the preliminary fight. In 2009 she won the bronze medal in the 10 m synchronized jumping with Mun Yee Leong at the World Championships in Rome . The year 2010 was also successful. She took part in the first Summer Youth Olympic Games in Singapore and won the silver medal on both the 3 m board and the 10 m tower. She was also able to achieve two medals at the 2010 Asian Games in Guangzhou and the 2010 Commonwealth Games in Delhi . Her gold medal from the 10 m tower in Delhi was also the first gold medal from a Malaysian diver at the Commonwealth Games. At the 2011 World Championships in Shanghai , Rinong was fifth in the tower and sixth with Leong in synchronized jumping. At the 2012 Summer Olympics in London , she won the bronze medal.
