Park Eun-chul (born January 18, 1981 ) is a South Korean wrestler . Park was twice vice world champion (2005 and 2007). It starts in the Greco-Roman style in the class up to 55 kg.

The 2005 World Cup in Budapest was his first major tournament. However, at the age of 17 he had his first major tournament at the Junior Asian Championships. In 2000 and 2002 he took part in the World University Games (7th and 2nd place). In 2005 in Budapest he fought his way through the tournament and stood in the final against the world junior champion Hamid Soryan Reihanpour , against whom he lost 4-6.

At the World Cup a year later in Guangzhou , China , he moved back to the semifinals, but there he was defeated by Rowschan Bajramow from Azerbaijan, who later lost to Hamid Soryan Reihanpour in the final. At the Asian Games in the same year he was defeated by Masatoshi Toyota from Japan and was only ninth. At the 2007 World Championships in Azerbaijan, he defeated Bajramov in the fourth round and later moved into the final, where he lost again to Hamid Sorjan Reihanpour.

  • 2008, bronze medal , OS in Beijing , GR, up to 55 kg, after victories over Anders Myblom, Spencer Mango, Hamid Soryan Reihanpour and a defeat against Nasir Mankijew.
