Paul Mischke

Paul Mischke was a German criminalist , SS member and investigator at the Federal Office for the Protection of the Constitution .

Mischke was an officer in the Wroclaw Criminal Police Department before moving to the Gestapo in February 1934 , which deployed him in counter-espionage in Munster , Hanover , Vienna and Opole . In occupied Poland he served with the SD in Radom , from February 1940 in Katowice and from 1942 in Litzmannstadt . From July 1943 he was with the Bremen police force . In 1937 he joined the NSDAP , in 1940 he joined the SS , in which he was promoted to Obersturmführer .

He had been working as a freelancer for the Federal German Office for the Protection of the Constitution since 1950 and was hired regularly in 1953. In 1963 he was Councilor .
