Paul Nioze (born March 19, 1967 ) is a former Seychellois triple jumper .

In 1989 he won bronze at the African Athletics Championships in Lagos . The following year he finished eighth at the 1990 Commonwealth Games in Auckland.

In 1991 he dropped out of the qualification at the World Athletics Championships in Tokyo and won silver at the Pan-African Games in Cairo . A preliminary round at the 1992 Olympic Games in Barcelona was followed by another bronze medal at the 1993 African Championships in Durban. At the 1995 World Cup in Gothenburg, he failed again in the preliminary round.

In 1996 he won the title at the African Championships in Yaoundé , but came just as little past the first round at the Olympic Games in Atlanta as a year later at the 1997 World Cup in Athens. At the 1998 Commonwealth Games in Kuala Lumpur, he was ninth.

On August 27, 1990, he set the current Seychelles record in Antananarivo with 16.80 m.

Paul Nioze is 1.87 m tall and weighed 77 kg during his playing days. He was the first representative of his country to appear as an independent observer for the World Anti-Doping Agency at the doping controls of the 2006 Winter Olympics in Turin.
