Paulina Schulz

Paulina Schulz ( pseudonym : Lula Wolf ; born April 1, 1973 in Bydgoszcz , Poland ) is a German writer and translator .

Life

Paulina Schulz has German , Polish and Tatar ancestors. She has lived in Germany since 1989 . After graduating from the German Literature Institute in Leipzig with a major in translation , she has lived in Erfurt since 2003 as a freelance writer and translator from Polish . In addition, she works as a publishing reviewer and freelance editor as well as a lecturer at various universities .

Paulina Schulz is a member of the Association of German-Language Translators of Literary and Scientific Works in the Association of German Writers . She received u. a. In 2001 the translation prize of the Esslingen Artists' Guild and in 2001 and 2003 a prize each at the Eobanus Hessus writing competition , as well as several grants.
