Pauline Angert (born September 4, 1995 in Cologne ) is a German actress .

Life

Pauline Angert grew up in Troisdorf . She attended a drama school in Cologne for four years. From 2009 to 2013 she received acting lessons at “Juniorhouse Köln”, a privately run drama school for children and young people in Cologne, where she participated in several theater performances. There, and also in the school theater , she was able to gain first stage experience. She also attended acting, dubbing and musical workshops in Cologne. She completed her school career with a high school diploma.

Angert was in front of the film camera for the first time in 2008 in a commercial for Haribo together with Thomas Gottschalk . Then she decided to train as an actor. In November 2012 she was invited to a casting for the RTL television series Alarm für Cobra 11 - Die Autobahnpolizei and then received her first leading role in a television series. Filming began in January 2013; the first broadcast took place in November 2013. She played Heike-Maria Mechanic, the daughter of state attorney Mechanic ( Kerstin Thielemann ), who is doing an internship with the police. She then got a supporting role in the movie Kückückskind (2014). An episode role in the ZDF series Bettys Diagnose (2015; as Sophia) followed.

In the television series The Teacher 2015-2016 she had a continuous supporting role as a student Natascha in the 3rd and 4th season; she played a secondary school student with a migrant background .

From September 5, 2016 (episode 5431) to April 5, 2018 (episode 5831) Pauline Angert was seen in the RTL series Unter Uns in a series lead role and played the role of Katharina, alias "KayC" Schneider, the cousin of the main character in the series Elli Schneider ( Nora Koppen ). In the 9th season of the ARD series Familie Dr. Kleist (2019) was Angert as Luisa Ewald, the older daughter of the female lead Tanja Ewald ( Christina Athenstädt ), in the regular cast .

Angert first studied media studies and English at the University of Bonn . She is now studying psychology . Pauline Angert lives in Cologne and Trier .
