Kerstin Thielemann (born April 23, 1962 in Leipzig ) is a German actress . She became known through the comedy series Nikola , when Dr. Borstel .

Life

Kerstin Thielemann completed her training at the “Hans-Otto” theater school in Leipzig , where she received her diploma in 1985. This was followed by engagements at the Staatsschauspiel Dresden , Theater Senftenberg , Schauspiel Bonn (1987–1994), Schauspiel Frankfurt , Stadttheater Aachen, Landestheater Neuss, Theater im Bauturm Cologne, Theater der Keller Cologne. She worked with the directors Hans Hollmann , Volker Hesse , Jossi Wieler , Michael Gruner , Beat Fäh , Andreas Kriegenburg , Sewan Latchinian , among others .

Thielemann has appeared in various television productions since the early 1990s. She became known through her role as Dr. Charlotte Borstel in the RTL series Nikola and the role of the chief public prosecutor Isolde Maria Mechanic in Alarm for Cobra 11 - Die Autobahnpolizei . Since 2000 she has been working as an acting coach and teaches scene studies at the drama school der Keller in the Theater der Keller , Cologne.

Kerstin Thielemann lives in Cologne.
