Penang Open
The Penang Open is a high-level international badminton tournament . They are one of the oldest international championships in Asia. The Penang Badminton Association , which was founded in 1925, is responsible for the alignment . Until the 1960s, the Penang Open were often the meeting place for the world's best in badminton. With the incorporation of Penang into the all-Malaysian badminton association, the title fights lost their international importance.
