Pervari ( Kurdish Xisxêr ) is a city and capital of the district of the same name ( İlçe ) in the southeast Anatolian province of Siirt . Pervari is about 90 kilometers by road (as the crow flies: 55 km) east of the provincial capital Siirt . According to the seal, the place received the status of a municipality ( Belediye ) in 1927
The district Pervari is located in the east of the province, bordering the county Shirvan in the north, to the district of Eruh in the west and to the province of Bitlis to the north, the province of Van in the east and the province of Sirnak in the south. The highest point in the circle is the Herekol mountain at 2838 m.
In addition to the district town (fourth largest in the province) with Beğendik (2,326 inhabitants), the district consists of a further municipality ( Belediye ) and 38 villages ( Köy ) with an average of 600 inhabitants. Five villages have over a thousand inhabitants: Doğanköy (2,547), Gökbudak (1,742), Palamutlu (1,411), Güleçler (1,278) and Düğünculer (1,213 inh .). 13 villages have more than 600 inhabitants. The population density is the second lowest in the province, the urban population is 29%.
