Peter Mathews

Peter Mathews (born October 22, 1951 in Bremerhaven ) is a German publicist , author of crime novels, ghostwriter and copywriter .

Life

After an apprenticeship as an industrial clerk, Mathews studied at the University of Economics and Politics in Hamburg and graduated with a degree in economics . Until 1980 he worked for various publishing houses. From 1980 to 2000 he was advertising manager, editor and publishing director and member of the management of Rowohlt Verlage . From 2004 to 2008 he was a literary agent and publisher, and since 2008 he has lived as a freelance journalist in Berlin.

Together with Norbert Klugmann , he wrote novels, detective novels, and stories from 1984 to 1999 and published a thriller magazine.
