Peter Nørklit Larsen (born February 13, 1971 in Glostrup ) is a former Danish handball player .
The 1.88 m tall and 89 kg heavy handball goalkeeper began his career in Copenhagen . With Virum-Sorgenfri HK he became Danish champion in 1996/97 and reached the final of the EHF Cup . In 1998 he moved to the Spanish league ASOBAL to Portland San Antonio , with whom he won the Copa del Rey de Balonmano in 1999 and the European Cup Winners' Cup and the European Club Championship in 2000. After two years he joined BM Altea , with whom he reached the semi-finals in the EHF Cup 2002/03. He then returned to FCK Håndbold in Copenhagen and became Danish champion in 2008. In the EHF Cup 2007/08 he lost again in the final. From 2008 he ended his career at Nordsjælland Håndbold .
In the Danish national team , Peter Nørklit made his debut on March 12, 1994 against South Korea and played 131 international matches until 2006 , in which he scored exactly one goal. At the 2005 World Cup in Tunisia, he was seen with 42% held balls, together with the Icelander Birkir Ívar Guðmundsson , the best goalkeeper of the tournament. However, he was denied a medal in the course of his career. At the European Championship bronze medals in 2002 and 2004 he was not on the squad.
