The Petite Creuse is a river in France that runs in the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes and Nouvelle-Aquitaine regions. It rises in the municipality of Treignat , generally drains westwards and flows 95 kilometers into the municipality of Fresselines as a right tributary into the Creuse . On its way, it crosses the Allier and Creuse departments , for which it - together with its main river, the Creuse - serves as the namesake.
