Phidim ( Nepali फिदिम Phidim ) is a city ( municipality ) in eastern Nepal in the Panchthar district .
Phidim is located 5 km east of the Tamor river valley at an altitude of 1120 m . The district administration of Panchthar is located in Phidim. Phidim received city rights in May 2014. On this occasion, the neighboring Village Development Committees Chokmagu and Siwa were incorporated.
The urban area covers 66.07 km². The Mechi Rajmarg highway runs through Phidim .

At the 2011 census, the VDCs that made up the city of Phidim had 24,768 inhabitants (11,764 of them male) in 5857 households.
