Lilly Kübler, who competes for SV Zschopau , made her international debut in May 2010 at the 35th international mat jumping on a children's hill at Kottmar . Kübler was third, the winner was the Czech Štěpánka Ptáčková . She completed her first competition as part of the FIS in August 2015 at the Youth Cup competition at the Europa-Park-Schanze in Hinterzarten , where she finished fourth, almost 60 points behind the winner, Lucile Morat . Three days later she made her debut in Klingenthal in the Alpencup . In the following years she competed regularly in this competition series of the OPA . From the 2017/18 season, Kübler trained at the Klingenthal federal base under the direction of her home coach Henry Glaß and, in particular, Marcel Höhlig . The new collaboration began to bear fruit at the beginning of February 2018 in Garmisch-Partenkirchen , when Kübler won the championship title at the German Youth Championships. A few weeks later she finished ninth among the juniors at the Nordic Ski Games of the OPA 2018 in Planica and, together with Sandra Müller and Jenny Nowak, came second in the team competition.
At the end of January 2019, Kübler made her debut in Planica in the Continental Cup , where she jumped straight into the points. About a month later, in Villach , she narrowly missed the podium in the FIS Cup twice in fourth place , which was her best position in an individual competition to date. In July 2019 Kübler made his debut in the Grand Prix in Hinterzarten , but missed the points. In the rest of the summer she therefore competed in the Continental Cup , but only finished in the lower ranks. A leap in performance took place in winter 2019/20, which manifested itself in her first podium finish as second in Rena in the Continental Cup. The next day she finished fourth, which gave her legitimate hopes for a nomination for the 2020 Junior World Championships . During her World Cup debut a week later in Oberstdorf , Kübler was disqualified.
