Pierre Failliot ( Pierre Alexis Louis Failliot ; born February 25, 1887 in Paris , † December 31, 1935 there ) was a French athlete and rugby union player.

At the Olympic Games in Stockholm in 1912, he won silver with the French team in the 4 x 400 meter relay . Over 100 m , 200 m and in the 4 x 100 m relay , he was eliminated in the preliminary run, in the pentathlon he came in 17th place, and in the decathlon he gave up after three disciplines.

In 1907 he became national runner-up over 400 m and 800 m , in 1908 champion over 100 m, 200 m and 400 m. In 1909 he defended these three titles and also won the title in the 400-meter hurdles . He was then voted France's Sportsman of the Year. In 1911 he was champion over 100 m, 200 m and 400 m, in 1912 over 200 m and in the javelin throw .

Between 1911 and 1913 he played seven times in the French national rugby union team .
