The Piper PA-31T Cheyenne is a light twin-engine turboprop propeller aircraft produced by the US aircraft manufacturer Piper Aircraft Corporation and a further development of the Piper PA-31 Navajo .

history

The original version of the aircraft was an upgraded version of the Piper Navajo with a pressurized cabin . The new aircraft was with two Pratt & Whitney Canada PT6 A-28 turboprop engines equipped. The aircraft was continuously improved in various further developments. Ultimately, the development resulted in Piper's largest aircraft, the PA-42 Cheyenne III and IV .
