The Polish Ski Jumping Championships 2018/19 took place on December 26, 2018 and March 8, 2019 in Zakopane . While the women's competition was held on Mała Krokiew , the men held their competition on Wielka Krokiew . The championships were organized by the Polish Ski Association PZN .

Men
The individual competition took place on December 26, 2018 from the large hill Wielka Krokiew ( K 125 / HS 140 ) in Zakopane. 41 athletes were registered, but two did not start. There were also two athletes from the Czech Republic and two from the Ukraine . The later master Kamil Stoch showed the greatest distance of the day with 140 meters.

The individual competition took place on March 8, 2019 from Mała Krokiew (K 65 / HS 72) in Zakopane. In the absence of the top athletes Kamila Karpiel and Kinga Rajda , eleven athletes were registered, all of whom were included in the ranking. The future champion Joanna Szwab showed the longest jump of the day with 63.5 meters. Only one round was carried out.
