Marion H. "Pooch" Hall, Jr. (* 8 February 1977 in Brockton , Massachusetts ) is an American actor and model , known from The CW series The Game , in which he until March 2013 as Derwin Davis to was seen.

life and career

Pooch Hall attended Brockton High School. In 1994 he won the Southern New England Golden Gloves in boxing . Hall got his first acting experience at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth with the UMass Dartmouth Theater Company .

Hall began his show business career in commercials and as a model. Hall got his first acting role in 2001 in Lift . In 2004 he was seen after a few films in the television series Lady Cops - Knallhart female . In the same year he made an appearance in Without a Trace . In 2005 he was part of the mini-series Miracle's Boys . In 2007 he was in an episode of the Girlfriends series. Since 2006, Hall has played a leading role in their spin-off The Game . However, he left the series at the beginning of the sixth season because of his engagement with Ray Donovan . From 2009 to 2010, he was also in a supporting role in the series Accidentally Happy to see alongside Jenna Elfman and Jon Foster . After participating in a number of films such as The Runner , Pooch Hall appeared on the television series Royal Pains , Warehouse 13 , Suits and How to Live with Your Parents (For the Rest of Your Life) . Since June 2013 he can be seen alongside Liev Schreiber and Paula Malcomson in the series Ray Donovan as Daryll, which is broadcast on Showtime .

After graduating in 1999, Hall married his wife, Linda, whom he had met while studying . The two have three children: two daughters, who were born in 1997 and 2004, and a son, who was born in 2007.
