Potaro-Siparuni is a region in western Guyana . It borders the Cuyuni-Mazaruni region in the north, the Upper Demerara-Berbice and East Berbice-Corentyne regions in the east, the Upper Takutu-Upper Essequibo region in the south and Brazil in the west.

The most important cities or municipalities in the Potaro-Siparuni region are Kangaruma , Orinduik , Potaro Landing , Mahdia , Saveretik and Tumatumari .
