pp = mc² is the twelfth solo album by the Berlin rapper Prinz Pi , who appears on this release for the first time since 2005 under the artist name Prinz Porno. The sound carrier was released on January 9, 2015 on his independent label Keine Liebe Records as a standard and limited edition, including instrumentals, hats and posters.

The album mainly contains typical Representer and battle rap tracks (e.g. For my enemies , Simplizissimus ), on which Prinz Porno prides itself or criticizes other rappers and their listeners. In contrast, Jungle Adventure is a 15-minute storytelling song that tells a fictional story.

The website laut.de rated the album with two out of a possible five points and criticized the emerging boredom while listening, with only the production being praised:
“ His record [...] is about as imaginative as your cover artwork. Prince Porno distributes in all directions, but it seems so bored and unmotivated that I ask myself: Why is he doing this at all? [...] A couple of conspiracy theories, a number of slack slaps in the face, a sluggish summer-in-the-city chill act, marinated in self-adulation and megalomania - to find it entertaining, I probably need one or the other "Lesson In Patience" . [...] To be honest, the beats without Prinz Porn's boring appearance give me a lot more pleasure: With best regards from the 90s, the productions are sometimes sunnier, sometimes darker, sometimes even with more than just a touch of Wu flavor: the instrumental side can I definitely get a lot. The website rap.de gave pp = mc² an average rating, whereby the successful production was emphasized. However, Prinz Porno does not manage to convey the atmosphere of the songs from the beginning of his career:

The website MZEE.com described the album as a forced attempt to pick up on the cryptic, battle-heavy lines from back then, which sounds unmotivated and pointless.
