The Prussian T 13 type Mallet were freight train tender locomotives with a Mallet type engine . They were originally supplied for the Bergheimer Kreisbahn and the Mödrath-Liblar-Brühler Eisenbahn and in 1913 they became part of the Prussian State Railways .

history

Five Mallet type tank locomotives, which were taken over on January 1, 1913 with the Bergheimer Kreisbahn on the left bank of the Rhine and the Mödrath-Liblar-Brühler Eisenbahn , were run under the generic designation T 13 . These few B'B n4vt are from the Kgl. Prussian Railway Directorate in Cologne was taken over as Cologne 7946-7950; they were the only mallet tank locomotives in Prussia. A few locomotives of the Hohenzollern type had been delivered to the Filderbahn-Gesellschaft and Moselbahn AG at the same time . The Cologne machines were retired in 1920/21.
