Przemysław Miarczyński (born August 26, 1979 in Gdansk ) is a former Polish windsurfer .

successes

Przemysław Miarczyński took part in the Olympic Games four times . In 2000 he took eighth place in the Mistral boat class in Sydney , and four years later he was fifth in Athens . At the Olympic Games in Beijing in 2008 he did not get past 16th place in the boat class RS: X. He finished his last Olympic participation in London in 2012 with 60 points behind Dorian van Rijsselberghe and Nick Dempsey in third place and thus won the bronze medal.

At world championships Miarczyński secured a total of seven medals. In 2003 he became world champion in Cádiz and between 2001 and 2014 he was five times vice world champion. In 2006 he took third place.

In 2010 he received the Golden Cross of Merit of the Republic of Poland .
