Bomber is a Berlin courier driver. Because the company he drives for is bankrupt, he does not deliver his goods in Warsaw, but drives to Paris to sell them there on his own account. In doing so, however, he is cheated of his payment by his customers. While he gets drunk out of frustration, he gets to know the mute Bruno, who wants to go to Berlin and imposes bombers as a passenger. At a gas station they meet blind Europe, who is pregnant after a one-night stand and also wants to go to Berlin to find Matthias, the child's father. After missing her coach at a rest stop, she tries to hitchhike. Bruno, who knows Europe from Paris, decides that she will also go with Bomber.

Once in Berlin, the three of them part ways. Europe actually finds Matthias, who, however, does not want to enter into a relationship with her. Frustrated, she calls a friend who advises her to return to Paris and have an abortion . After Europe meets Bomber again and talks to him about her situation, she decides to stay in Berlin and have the child.
