Pustenbach Forest Festival

Since 1952 the traditional "Pustenbacher Waldfest" takes place once a year (mostly in July). This forest festival is known far beyond the borders of the region and is perceived by several thousand visitors every year as a welcome change in the otherwise quiet place. The organizer is the Dörspetal fire brigade of the Bergneustadt volunteer fire department . In 2012, on July 7th and 8th, the forest festival celebrated its 60th anniversary.
