Sports

A special airfield has been located on the Dümpel since 1934 , where glider flights are mainly operated on weekends . The airfield with its 600 m long grass runway is also approved for powered aircraft up to 1500 kg. A popular airfield festival takes place there every year. The airfield offers its visitors a breathtaking view of the Siebengebirge and invites you to linger on the terrace with a piece of cake and coffee. Sightseeing flights are also possible.
