The Quadrangular Twenty20 Series in Canada in the 2008/09 season (also Al Barakah T20 Canada 2008/09 ) was a four-nation tournament that was held from October 10th to 13th, 2008 in Canada in Twenty20 cricket . In addition to the hosts, teams from Pakistan , Zimbabwe and Sri Lanka took part in the tournament, which was part of the 2008/09 international cricket season . In the final, Sri Lanka was able to prevail against Pakistan with 5 wickets.

prehistory

It was the first tour of the season for all teams.

format

In a preliminary round, each team played against each other once. There were two points for a win and 1 point for a draw or no result . The first two of the group qualified for the final and played for the tournament victory.

Stadion

The following stadium was designated as the venue for the tournament and was announced on June 14, 2008.
