The Quirnheimer Bach rises at about 305  m above sea level. NHN on the southern edge of Quirnheim next to Weedegasse ( Palatine for Weidengasse because of the willow trees growing by the stream ).

After taking in a short trickle of about 250 m from the left and then the Quirngraben (500 m) from the right , the Quirnheimer Bach flows largely in a southerly direction with a fairly steep gradient to the east next to Kreisstraße  26. About halfway through its course, it forms the border between the district of the main town Quirnheim in the east and the residential development of the district of Boßweiler . Towards the end of its course, the stream turns more to the southwest.

Finally , it flows into the Eisbach from the left between Ebertsheim and the hamlet of Quirnheim Valley at about 158  m above sea level. 350 m above this point, the Eisbach reaches the Seltenbach from the right , and the Rodenbach 100 m further from the left .
