Quivi Quivi Alta (also: Quivi Quivi Alto ) is a town in the Potosí department in the highlands of the South American Andean state of Bolivia .
Location in the vicinity
Tecoya is the largest town in the canton of Tecoya in the municipality of Betanzos in the province of Cornelio Saavedra . The village and is located at an altitude of 3466 m on the Río Khullku, a tributary of the Río Miculpaya, which flows downstream over the Río Ticoya and the Río Jachcha Llullu into the Río Khona Paya.

South of Quivi Quivi leads the national highway Ruta 5 , which leads from La Palizada in the Department of Santa Cruz via Sucre and Betanzos to Potosí, Ticatica , Pulacayo and Uyuni to the border with Chile . At the eastern entrance to Betanzos, a country road branches off in a northerly direction from Ruta 5 and reaches Quivi Quivi Alta via Tecoya and past Quivi Quivi Media after eleven kilometers .
