The Río San Pedro is a river in the Cordillera Central in the eastern Andean high mountains of Bolivia .

The Río San Pedro has a total length of 100 kilometers. It forms at an altitude of 2735  m at the confluence of the Río Sacani and Río Molino in the municipality of San Pedro de Buena Vista in the province of Charcas in the north of the Department of Potosí . The river flows along its entire length in a largely south-easterly direction and unites at an altitude of 1659  m with the Río Caine to the Río Grande , a tributary to the Río Mamoré .
