Ra'Shede Hageman (* 8. August 1990 in Lansing , Michigan as Ra'Shede Knox ) is a US American football poker players on the position of the defensive tackles . He was most recently with the Atlanta Falcons in the National Football League (NFL) under contract. He is currently a free agent .

Early years

Hageman's father died early and his mother was arrested for drug trafficking and alcohol abuse. Hageman was adopted with his brother Xavier in July 1998. Hageman went to high school in Minneapolis , Minnesota , where he played basketball and American football in the tight end position. He later went to the University of Minnesota , where he played on the defensive line for the college football team .

NFL

Hageman was selected 37th by the Atlanta Falcons in the second round of the 2014 NFL Draft . On the 16th day of his first season he recorded his first sack against the New Orleans Saints . He reached the Super Bowl LI with the Falcons after the 2016 season , which was lost to the New England Patriots at 28:34 .

Domestic violence allegations from March 2017 ultimately led to his release from the Falcons on September 4, 2017. Because of this, Hageman missed the next two seasons. On April 19, the Atlanta Falcons announced his re-engagement; he was given a one-year contract.
