Rachael Horovitz
Rachael Horovitz (* 1961 ) is an American film producer who has been nominated for an Oscar .
Life
Horovitz graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill .
She is the daughter of screenwriters Israel Horovitz and Doris Keefe and thus the sister of the guitarist of the Beastie Boys , Adam Horovitz and Matthew Horovitz, who is also a producer . She was married to Mark Wallace from November 22, 1997 to 1998, the marriage divorced after a year. During this almost one year period she was the sister-in-law of Ione Skye , meanwhile Horovitz is related by marriage to Kathleen Hanna . She currently lives in New York City .
Horovitz celebrated her greatest success so far in 2012 with the Brad Pitt strip The Art of Winning - Moneyball , for which she was nominated for several film prizes , including an Oscar .
