Rafał Ratajczyk (born April 5, 1983 in Żyrardów ) is a former Polish track and road cyclist.

Rafał Ratajczyk won the bronze medal in scratch at the U23 European Track Cycling Championships in Büttgen in 2002 . In 2004 he became European champion (U23) in the points race and won the silver medal in the scratch. In the 2005 season Ratajczyk drove for the road cycling team Grupa PSB , where he was Polish time trial champion in the U23 class. On the track he won the scratch competitions at the World Cups in Manchester and Sydney in 2006 . At the World Railroad Championships in Bordeaux , he won the silver medal in the points race, and at the European Championships in Balleruphe was second in the Omnium. In 2007 Ratajczyk won again the scratch at the World Cup in Manchester. At the World Track Championships in Palma he won the bronze medal in the scratch and at the European Championships in Alkmaar he was second again in the Omnium. In 2011, Ratajczyk became European championship points race. He then ended his athletic career.

Rafał Ratajczyk tested positive for ephedrine on September 11, 2009 after the Polish track cycling championship . He was not suspended for unwittingly ingesting the drug, but his championship title was revoked.
