Turkey, East Asia and Homeland
Samsunspor , a Turkish football club from the province of the same name , signed him in 2005. The 2007/08 season , however, was less successful: If he was able to hold the class with his team in the previous season , Manisaspor rose this time, even if Marques tried to prevent this with four goals and three assists. The promotion in the following season was finally achieved, Marques contributed 12 goals, then he moved to Japan to Ōmiya Ardija , where he was able to prove his scoring skills again, for example, he scored twice against Urawa Red Diamonds (the game won Ōmiya Ardija with 3: 0). He was also successful as a template provider.
In 2012 he continued his career in Botafogo , where he could not score a goal in the 2012 season , but scored ten times in the following season and prepared another ten goals. The reward for his performance and that of his colleagues was fourth place at the end of the season. He then moved to Henan Jianye and was loaned to Palmeiras in 2015 . After the loan, he was firmly committed by Palmeiras. He moved back to Japan at the beginning of 2020 via the Brazilian stations Cruzeiro Belo Horizonte , Sport Recife , AD São Caetano and Figueirense FC . Here he signed a contract with the second division Ventforet Kofu in Kofu .
