Raffaello Funghini

Raffaello Funghini (born January 1, 1929 in Castiglion Fiorentino , Arezzo Province , Italy , † May 17, 2006 in Rome ) was a Curial Archbishop of the Roman Catholic Church .

Life

Raffaello Funghini received the sacrament of ordination for the diocese of Arezzo on July 13, 1952 . He became auditor- prelate at the Roman Rota on October 25, 1984 . On 11 December 1999 it ordered Pope John Paul II. To the dean of the Roman Rota.

On March 18, 1998, Funghini also became Consultor of the Apostolic Penitentiary . He was also President of the Court of Appeal of the Vatican State from December 20, 2003 to May 17, 2006 .
