Raif Husić (born February 5, 1996 in Zusmarshausen ) is a German soccer goalkeeper of Bosnian descent. He is under contract with TSV Zusmarshausen .

Career

societies

Husić started playing football at TSV Zusmarshausen . In 2010 he moved to the youth department of FC Augsburg , where he played for two years. In 2012 he was signed by FC Bayern Munich ; he played for its youth teams in the U17 and U19 age groups . In the 2013/14 season he was in goal in eight league games for the second team of FC Bayern Munich and thus contributed to the championship win in the fourth-class Bavarian regional league . At the end of the 2013/14 season he was on the substitutes' bench for several games due to injuries to goalkeepers Manuel Neuer and Tom Starke . From 2014 to 2016 he was a member of the Werder Bremen second team , for which he played 13 times in the fourth-tier Regionalliga Nord .

For the season 2016/17 the third division signed him VfR Aalen . On May 20, 2017 (34th matchday) he made his professional debut in the 0-1 defeat in the away game against his former team, the second representative of Werder Bremen. After VfR's relegation in summer 2019, Husić's expiring contract was no longer extended.

The goalkeeper then signed a contract with the Bavarian regional league team Wacker Burghausen . As part of the preparation, however, Husić's training performance was not enough and he would only have started the season as the third goalkeeper. As a consequence, he terminated his contract with Wacker in order to be able to concentrate on his "professional career outside of football".

For the 2019/20 season he moved back to his home club TSV Zusmarshausen in the Augsburg district league.

National team

Husić made his debut in the national jersey on June 7, 2011 in Bamberg in the 3-1 victory of the U15 national team over the selection of Portugal. After he had played four international matches (all of which were won) for the U16 between September 19, 2011 and May 30, 2012 , he came nine times for the U17 national team and between September 12, 2012 and March 6, 2013 on May 28, 2014 for the U-18 national team.

He played his only international match for the U19s on September 5, 2014 in Cologne in a 3-2 win over the Netherlands .
