Rajabhat system

from Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

The Rajabhat System (or Rajabhat University System ) consists of a large number of interconnected Thai universities that are grouped under one roof.

The Rajabhat universities are controlled by a system-wide body and are scattered all over Thailand . Originally, these institutions were teaching colleges , which were converted into institutes in 1975. With the royal decree on June 14, 2004 by King Bhumibol Adulyadej , all Rajabhat institutes were elevated to universities.
