The Rajabhat University Loei ( Thai : มหาวิทยาลัย ราชภัฏ เลย , in English usage Loei Rajabhat University , short LRU ) is a public university in the Rajabhat system of Thailand .

location

The campus is located in Chiang Khan District ( Amphoe ) , Loei Province . Chiang Khan is located in the western part of northeastern Thailand.

history

The foundation of the Loei Rajabhat University goes back to 1973, it was founded on September 29, 1973 as the Loei Teachers College / Pedagogical School. On January 19, 1995, it received the status of an institute named Rajabhat Institute Loei . University status was granted in 2005 with the name Loei Rajabhat University .

Symbols

The university's emblem consists of the colors blue, green, gold, orange and white, with each color having its own meaning:

  • The blue stands for the kingship and establishes the reference that the name Rajabhat Universities comes from the king.
  • The green stands for the 40 locations of the Rajabhat universities and the exquisite natural environment.
  • The gold means intellectual wealth .
  • The orange stands for the local arts and cultural adornment of all Rajabhat University locations.
