The Chaophraya University ( Thai มหาวิทยาลัย เจ้าพระยา , Eng .: Chaophraya University, in short: CPU; also Chaopraya) is a private university in Nakhon Sawan , Thailand .
Chaophraya University was founded in 1988 by Charoon Siriviriyakul and his wife Hathai Siriviriyakul. The campus is located on the Viriyalai – Chaopraya site, about eight kilometers northwest of Nakhon Sawan on Thanon Phahonyothin (trunk road 1).

Chaophraya University offers bachelor's and master's degrees in the following areas:
