The Pathumwan Institute of Technology ( Thai สถาบัน เทคโนโลยี ปทุมวัน , Thai transcription system : Sathaban Theknoloyi Pathumwan , short: PTWIT) is a public university in Bangkok .
history
The university was founded as a technical school by members of the Thai Navy in 1932 and upgraded to a technical college in 1975. In 1999 it became the Pathumwan Institute of Technology as a public university.
