Rajmond Fülöp (born July 3, 1987 in Miercurea Ciuc ) is a Romanian ice hockey goalkeeper who has been under contract at the ASC Corona 2010 Brașov in the Romanian ice hockey league and the MOL league since 2009 .

Career

Club

Rajmond Fülöp, who belongs to the Hungarian-speaking Szekler minority in Romania, began his career at HC Csíkszereda , for whom he made his debut in the Romanian ice hockey league at the age of 15 . In 2009 he and his team won the first season of the MOL league . After the club had to stop playing for financial reasons despite this success, he moved to ASC Corona 2010 Brașov in the same year , for which he is also on the ice in the Romanian league and the MOL league. With the Kronstadters he became Romanian champion in 2014 and won the cup competition in 2013 and 2015 .

International

For Romania, Fülöp took part in the junior division of the U18 World Championships in 2003 in Division II and 2004 in Division I as well as in the U20 World Championships in 2004 , 2005 , 2006 and 2007 , but when he was not used in Division II.

He was part of the men's national team for the first time at the 2010 World Cup in Division II. In 2011 he also played in Division II and contributed to the promotion of his team with two missions.
