Ralf Schlotter

Ralf H. Schlotter (born March 12, 1971 in Karlsruhe ) is a German cameraman .

Life

Schlotter trained as a photographer in Karlsruhe in 1986 . In 1992 he continued his training at the camera rental company FGV Schmidle in Berlin . In 1997 he studied cameraman at the Potsdam Film and Television University . He has been working as a cameraman since 1999.

In the short film Reshape (1998), Schlotter was both cameraman and director . He made several documentaries such as Katharina Bullin - And I Thought I Was The Greatest (2005) and Democracy in motion (2010), as well as feature films such as Why Ulli wanted to kill himself on Christmas Eve (2005) and Draußen am See (2009).

Schlotter has already worked with directors such as Matthias Kopp, Kim Matthias, Marcus Welsch, Zoran Solomun, Igor Mirkovic, Felix Fuchssteiner , PeeWee Horris and Peter Wedel.
