Ramón José Viloria Pinzón SOD (born April 9, 1959 in San Felipe , Yaracuy , Venezuela ) is bishop emeritus of Puerto Cabello .

Life

Ramón José Viloria Pinzón joined the religious fraternity of the Diocesan Workers of the Sacred Heart of Jesus and the Archbishop of Caracas , Cardinal José Alí Lebrún Moratinos ordained him on October 28, 1990 as a priest .

Pope John Paul II appointed him Bishop of Puerto Cabello on December 5, 2003 . He was ordained episcopal on February 7, 2004 by the Archbishop of Mérida , Baltazar Enrique Porras Cardozo ; Co- consecrators were Jorge Liberato Urosa Savino , Archbishop of Valencia en Venezuela , and Curia Bishop Cipriano Calderón Polo

On March 13, 2010, Pope Benedict XVI. his resignation.
