After a 3.3 km run, it flows a stone's throw below the dam of the Schwarzbachtalweiher near the Leimen / Heltersberg / Trippstadt triangle from the left into the upper Schwarzbach .

Catchment area

The approximately 3.1 km² catchment area lies in the area of ​​the local community of Leimen and in the Palatinate Forest Nature Park and is completely forested.
