Raschid Tüssipbekow

Raschid Töleutajuly Tüssipbekow ( Kazakh Рашид Төлеутайұлы Түсіпбеков , Russian Рашид Толеутаевич Тусупбеков ; born January 28, 1955 in Chimkent , Kazakh SSR politician ) is a jurist and Kazakh .

Life

Rashid was Tüssipbekow 1955 in Chimkent born. At the age of seven he moved from his hometown in the south of the Kazakh SSR to Karaganda in central Kazakhstan, where he graduated from school in 1973. He then served in the Soviet Army until 1975 . He studied from 1976 at the Law Faculty of the State University of Karaganda of and included studying jurisprudence from the 1981st

He began his professional career in 1981 as a judge at the Nura District Court in Karaganda Oblast . In April 1994 he moved to the regional court in Karaganda as chairman. In April 1999 he was appointed Chairman of the Criminal Chamber of the Supreme Court of the Republic of Kazakhstan and also Deputy Chairman of the Supreme Court. From October to December 2000 Tüssipbekow was chairman of the judicial administration committee at the Supreme Court. On December 21, 2000 he was appointed Kazakh Attorney General. He held this position almost nine years before he held in the Kazakh government under Prime Minister on 2 April 2009 Karim Massimov new justice minister of the country. From January 2012, he was chairman of the Agency for Combating Economic Crimes and Corruption, and from August 11, 2014 to August 26, 2015, he held the position of chairman of the Supreme Judicial Council of Kazakhstan. He has been a member of the Kazakh Senate since August 2015 .
