Raumberg is a district of the municipality of Irdning-Donnersbachtal in Upper Styria . The village in the upper Ennstal has approx. 500 inhabitants and is home to the higher federal teaching and research institute for agriculture Raumberg-Gumpenstein. As a result, the place is known throughout Austria despite its small population.

Both places, Raumberg and Gumpenstein belong to the political municipality of Irdning.
