The Rauriser Ache is a right tributary of the Salzach in the Austrian Pinzgau . The main town in the Rauris Valley is Rauris .

It arises from two source rivers, the approx. 15 km long Seidlwinklache and the approx. 17 km long Hüttwinklache and flows into the Salzach at Taxenbach . The length of the Rauriser Ache is 10 km, measured from the point Wörth, where the two source rivers first unite. The Rauriser Ache breaks through the difference in altitude to the Salzach Valley in the Kitzlochklamm and flows into the Salzach below Taxenbach.

Below Rauris is the Rauris-Kitzloch power plant , which was built in 1952/53 for Salzburger Aluminum Ges. Mb H. Lend , and drains through a 3.3 km long tunnel to the power house in Taxenbach.

Tributaries are the Gaisbach vom Kramkogel in Rauris, and Vorsterbach von der Türchlwand in Executive Village .

It has a water quality class of level II.
