realities: united is a Berlin group of artists and architects founded by brothers Jan and Tim Edler in 2000.

history

The brothers Tim Edler (* 1965 in Cologne-Lindenthal) and Jan Edler (* 1970 ibid.) Live and work in Berlin. They began to work together in 1997 as part of the transdisciplinary artist collective Kunst und Technik (1997–2000). Since then they have been working with a changing team on art and hybrid installations, mostly on an architectural or urban scale.

With the large-format media installation BIX at the Kunsthaus Graz (2003) by British architects Peter Cook and Colin Fournier , they gained international attention. Since then, the studio has mainly been active internationally, in Europe, Asia and North America, often in cooperation with other artists or architects.

The Flussbad Berlin is one of her best-known projects in Germany .
