Rebekka Kricheldorf
Rebekka Kricheldorf (born October 9, 1974 in Freiburg im Breisgau ) is a German playwright .
Life
Rebekka Kricheldorf grew up in Freiburg. After graduating from high school, she studied Romance Studies at the Humboldt University of Berlin (1995–1997) and completed the scenic writing course at the Berlin University of the Arts (1998–2002).
She wrote commissioned works for the Stuttgart State Theater , the Theater am Neumarkt Zurich , the Kassel State Theater and for the Deutsches Theater Berlin ; In 2004 she was a resident author at the Nationaltheater Mannheim , from 2009 to 2011 at the Theaterhaus Jena , where she also worked as a dramaturge and member of the artistic direction.
She was invited to the Mülheimer Theatertage in 2005, 2014 and 2018 with her pieces The Ballade of the Conifer Killer , Everyday & Ecstasy and Miss Agnes . Kricheldorf is allowed to design the eighth Saarbrücken poetry lectureship for drama on three Monday evenings in June and July 2019 at the Saarland University .
Rebekka Kricheldorf lives in Berlin.
