Record Collection
Record Collection is an independent label founded by Mike Piscitelli and Jordan Tappis in Venice , California in 2002 . In 2005 Record Collection also named producer Dave Sardy as the owner.
At first, Records Collection was part of the Warner Music Group until the label became completely independent. A number of well-known artists are under contract there, such as B. John Frusciante (former guitarist for Red Hot Chili Peppers ), The Walkmen, MURS, Brother Reade, The Cubical and Simon Dawes. In 2007 Record Collection released the soundtrack for Spider-Man 3 with pieces from Snow Patrol , The Killers and The Yeah Yeah Yeahs, among others .
